Those who were lucky enough to be touched by Noelle's music will invariably recall the sense of bewilderment inspired by watching this petite blonde belt out vocals that were as ferocious as they were innocent, backed by her own organized chaos of acoustic guitar rhythms. Onstage, whether solo or with a band, Noelle didn't need a spotlight to capture attention. She was a total pro, a welcome addition to any open mic. Her performances would silence a room, coaxing belligerent drunks to shut up and listen.
