We are trying to keep the content of music on this site worthy of the listener's desire to continue returning. We don't want to delute the quality of music offered by allowing any old band on this site. We request that you submit at least 3 songs (CD FORMAT preferred) which will be 'judged' by a number of random listeners. If the general consensus is that the quality is good, then you will be welcomed with open arms. We will dedicate one page with band info, pictures, gig dates, sound samples, and any other pertinent information. We will also add any songs you wish to the SonicTonic Web-based Radio station.

If the listeners deem the 'quality' of the submitted songs to be lower than an acceptable standard, then we will return the media to you. This usually happens when the quality of the recording is poor, but we have had to return media simply because the lead singer couldn't carry a note. We do not censure any material, but we need to set a standard of quality that will keep our listener's happy.

There is one contract that will need to be signed. It simply states that all songs submitted by you are ORIGINAL, and that you take full responsibility in the event that any other party claims to be the owner (writer/performer).

You will not be signing anything over to SonicTonic. We are mearly a channel for you to get your music listened to by a wide range audience. We do not act as a record company, or any form of management.

We are currently building an Online E-Commerce site that will allow for distribution of music via the web. That should be in production by the end of April. If at that time, you wish to distribute your music via that channel, the opportunity will be yours if interested.
